Technicians from GE have been busy clambering around London’s iconic Tower Bridge to install a new LED lighting system which will be�40 per cent more energy-efficient than the old lights – and prettier too.
Mobs of�lighting designers and electricians have now strung 6,500 feet of energy-efficient LED linear lights all around the structure, installing 1,800 LED lamps and 1,000 junction boxes, using up 16,500 feet of cable.
