Flipboard Planning To Release Android Beta For Everyone Who Doesn’t Have A Galaxy S III

Posted by TechCrunch
One of the nice little surprises at Samsung’s Galaxy S III unveiling in London was that the device would be preloaded with the fabled Android version of the Flipboard social magazine app. The news came from out of the blue — while the iOS version has garnered plenty of acclaim and some nifty new updates, Android users were (largely) left out in the cold.
Now it appears that the app will soon be finding its way onto other Android devices, but perhaps not in the way that most users would hope. Pentax say the camera features no less than 81 seals (as in rubber seals, and not the cuddly white things that get clubbed by meanies) with its weather, dust and cold protection ensuring it can keep snapping in sub-freezing temperatures as low as 14°F (-10°C).
The camera can also fire off shots continuously at up to 6 f[...]
